The FluxAir design concept is based on studies of the ergonomics of the body at rest on mattress, and the heat exchange and dispersal of humidity during the various sleep phases.

The Aquacell® M.a.c. mattress structure comprises a system of “pistons” moving independently: the various parts of the body are supported in different, calibrated ways, to generate a continual exchange of air allowing humidity to be rapidly dispersed and guaranteeing maximum hygiene.

Aquacell® M.a.c. is a highly elastic, breathable spongy product created by the combination of water and air - the natural, basic elements for life - with innovative, evolved polymers based on essential oils: it moulds itself gently to the shape of the body, and controls the temperature by facilitating the rapid dispersal of humidity. It is hypoallergenic, antibacterial, elastic, retains its shape, is light and practical and requires little maintenance. It is eco-compatible in its whole life cycle and can be recycled easily.
Forma-Therm® Xp is a, spongy heat-sensitive material (it absorbs the body’s heat) and has exceptional viscous-elastic properties (it gives way under the body’s weight, distributes the pressure over the whole surface, avoiding irregular pressures). It guarantees perfect stability by reducing the energy needed to turn over during sleep on mattress, avoids irregular pressures on muscles and on the skin, and helps to prevent cardiovascular problems.
The outer covering fabric for the Topper and the FluxAir Base is the special Silversave® elasticated fabric, in fibre treated with pure silver ions. Silversave®, because of the natural properties of silver, is intrinsically antistatic, antibacterial, anti-fungal and antimicrobial; it regulates the temperature of the skin in contact with the mattress' fabric, thanks to its radiating, reflective power. It is odourless, as it combines with proteins to modify their acidity.
The Topper is fixed to the Base by means of the unusual patented clasp system (which also acts as a handle to put it into position). The Base is covered in Eco-leather, with side grilles for continual ventilation of the inner layers.

Sleeping on FluxAir is simple with Doublet, the patented sheet system supplied as standard (comprising patented bottom sheet in “Sky” colour cotton satin + undersheet in Silversave® fabric).

Our models of mattresses are produced entirely in Italy, in factories organised and certified according to Uni En Iso 9001:2000 (Vision 2000) quality standards, by staff who have great experience and professionalism. The materials used in our mattresses are absolutely top quality and are checked and guaranteed in terms of hygiene and safety. Our factories comply with Safety at Work standards for staff (Law 626), and do not employ minors in the workforce. The products conform to the Italian and European En1334 – En1725 – En1957 – En10707 standards, which lay down requirements for useful life, measurement, and information to the purchaser.
Silversave®, Aquacell® M.a.c. and Forma-Therm® XP fabrics are “Oeko- Tex Standard 100” certified, ensuring compliance with regulations safeguarding the health of the User and guaranteeing that the products respect the environment during their whole life cycle.
Aquacell® M.a.c. and Forma-Therm® XP conform to the resistance and useful life requirements provided for by Italian and international regulations.
Products in our range (mattresses, bed bases, beds, accessories) have a legal guarantee of two years from the date of purchase. FluxAir has a higher-level guarantee ensuring assistance for the product for a further three years (a total of 5 years).
For regulations and methods, reference should be made to the guarantee certificate attached to the product.
To safeguard against any damage caused to third parties by hidden defects in the product, our product range is covered by a R.C. civil liability guarantee stipulated with a primary insurance company.
